The business of aligners — not just the planning.
Most aligner courses stop at the software. Dr. Assem Youssef, CEO of K Line Middle East, leads a dedicated module on the market itself — how aligner companies compete, how successful clinics price and scale cases, and how a manufacturer-side treatment planning operation actually runs. Knowing this is what separates a technician from a practice owner.

Common questions.
Who is the program for? Do I need prior aligner experience?
The program is designed for dentists and orthodontists who want to plan aligner cases digitally. No prior aligner planning experience is required — the curriculum starts from fundamentals and scales up to complex cases, and the application asks about your experience only so we can calibrate, not to filter beginners out.
How does the application process work?
Submit the application form (it takes about 5 minutes — have your CV ready as PDF or Word). We review every application within 48 hours and contact you with a decision via WhatsApp or email. Applying is free and non-binding; no payment is due until you are accepted.
When do I pay, and how?
Only after acceptance. A 50% deposit ($400 USD) secures your seat via bank transfer or InstaPay, and the remaining balance ($400) is due at Session 1.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund up to 10 days before the first session, processed within 14 business days. After that, fees are non-refundable. If we ever cancel or move a batch, you choose between a full refund or a guaranteed seat in the next batch. Read the full Terms & Refund Policy
Do I need my own software license?
No. OnyxCeph or Titan software access during the program is included in the course fee — you will be assigned a seat on one of the two platforms based on your preference and availability.
Will I work on real cases?
Yes — 15 de-identified real patient cases per participant, each with answer keys, evaluation rubrics, and instructor walkthroughs. Roughly 85% of course hours are hands-on planning.
What certification do I receive?
Graduates receive the official K Line Academy completion certificate plus ADA certification.
Where exactly does the course take place?
In person in Cairo, Egypt, on Fridays (3:00–8:30 PM) and Saturdays (9:30 AM–4:30 PM). The exact venue address is shared with accepted applicants before the first session.
What equipment do I need to bring?
Plan to bring your own laptop for the hands-on sessions — software access is included in the course fee, and exact setup instructions and specifications for your assigned software (OnyxCeph or Titan) are shared with accepted applicants before Session 1.
What language is the program taught in?
Course materials and the planning software are in English. Sessions are delivered by our Egyptian faculty, with discussion in both English and Arabic, so you can follow comfortably in either language.
What if I'm not accepted?
We contact every applicant with a decision within 48 hours — applying is free and non-binding. If the batch is full or the timing is not the right fit, we will offer you priority consideration for the next batch.
What if I have to miss a session?
Sessions build on each other, so full attendance is strongly recommended. If you must miss one, let us know in advance — we will share the session materials and help you catch up before the next session. Session recordings are not provided, as all case work is confidential to the cohort.
What happens after graduation?
You keep access to monthly alumni webinars for 6 months, get 50% off your first 2 cases submitted to K Line Middle East, and become eligible for the K Line Europe hiring pipeline — 1–2 top performers are hired per batch.
